need help deciding

so guys i love my maxima but it is time i move on to newer and nicer. i have two candidates . . .

1- 05 Nissan Altima 3.5 SE - auto but still nice plus it's a 5 spd with tip - black on black leather - wants $15,900 but it has 61k miles. not worried about the high miles except for resale cuz my max is pushin 120k. but i just love Nissans - want to keep it in the family and have loved this car since it first came out

2 - 05 Mazda 6s - V6 black on black leather - this car is sweet. it's an auto as well but i believe a 6 spd and i don't think it comes with tip. wants $15,995 and only has 27k

both very comparable and i'm not sacrificing any features for the new car in either case. both are an upgrade in power but the altima is definitely a bigger one. this would be a no brainer if the alty had less miles but i just don't know if it's worth it. hopefully going to test drive both tomorrow. so it comes down to what feels best, but i'm leanin towards the alty still . . .

i need your opinions guys . . . . here's the links

ALTIMA

MAZDA 6

Definitely, definitely the Altima. That thing looks nice in the pics.... and the 3.5 wins hands down. I wouldn't care about the mileage cuz the Nissan will last longer than the Mazda anyways IMO.

....... but if I had that much to spend, I'd get me an IS300 mmmmm

My buddys got a Mazda 6 its got the 2.3L but every thing else is best feature, and it is very nice but one day he went with me to look at possibly "buying" a 04 altima, it was an auto and he like it a lot was very impresseed with the power. plus the 3.5 is better than the 3.0 in the mazda. Plus if you really care, the 3.5 gets better milage by like 4 or 5 more mpg.

Stick with Nissan. Much better quality. If the Altima has been taken care of, the mileage won't matter.

Alty FTW. I've driven the 6 and my Altima SE is a lot smoother and better looking IMO. Stick with Nissan.
