Is this my IAT sensor?

Ok while i was cleaning my throttle body earlier i noticed a plug that had no connection and a socket with nothing attached to it. I've had an IAT code for months now and i've been to lazy to buy a new one. Im hoping someone knows if i lucked out and this is the IAT and it was just unplugged.

This was under the air box on a plastic tube that goes to the bottom of the air box. I've left the negative terminal to the battery off to try and reset the ecu, is that the way to do it? My auto tech teacher seems to think you just need to drive it for 20-30 miles.

I believe it is, but I've never removed the intake from a '97-99, now that I think about it... It should be, though. What are the wire colors?

That i dont know, it had a plastic sleeve over the wires. How would you go about reseting the ecu?

Resetting ECU -

Take off plastic cover on right of gas pedal.
Turn ignition to "ON" but dont start the car.
Turn screw all the way clockwise for two seconds.
Turn screw all the way counterclockwise.
Turn off ignition.

Start car, CEL should be off.

It will probably turn off by itself if you plug in the sensor and drive around for like 2 weeks lol.
