Possible place to run wires to cabin?

I'm looking for a place to run some wire from the engine bay into the cabin, and I found this hole. It's behind the driver's side strut tower in the engine bay. I labeled it in case the location is unclear.

Does it lead to the cabin (if so, where?) Or is there a better place to utilize? Outputting under the dash (near the pedals) would be ideal.

Merlyn's A33B has a similar hole, when we fed the WB harness through there, it ended up in the wheel well (though this was on the right side, he ran his amp power wire through the driver side and said it was the same way). From there it was just a matter of getting through the grommet that leads into the cabin, it all ended up behind the kick panel.

To run my amp wire and ground wire to the 00vi, i used an existing hole near the center of the firewall. There is a rubber grommet type thing capping it off. Pulled it out and the hole works fine. It will work perfectly for you, it leads slightly above and to the right of the gas pedal. Pictures in this thread:
