I recently did this instal, so no you do not have to change the speakers, but you do need to get a special converter, you can get from a place like tweeter, or do what i did and get it from crutchfield, because the include the harness you need to go from your sony deck to the convertyer for free. You will also need to get an antennae adapter, because nissan had to go and use a two pronged antenae. The converter is usually around $50, and the antenae is $10. I highly recommend going througfh crutchfield, because you will save $15 on the free harness, and they know exactly which converter is right for the vehicle.

Just a suggestion, next time, instead of posting, "I have another question" try posting "Changing Bose to Sony headunit, change of speakers necessary?"

That way, it's a lot easier for other members to know what your problem is from just reading the topic.
