can anyone tell me why these two rr se door handles are different. i'm refering to the galvanized bar at the top. sorry for the crappy pics.

 

If there are any chrome on them at all, they're GXE/GLE. I cant tell by the pic....

 

no there both se. i bought a set of 4 from one member and a set of 2 rears from another. what i'm talking about is the bar at the top of the pb one. it looks the same color as the handle in the pic but it is galvanized. the other set doesn't even have the bracket for them. they both have nissan stampings. its not a huge deal, just curious.

 

Hmm, must have been a MY change. Maybe they had problems with the one without the bar breaking, so they added a bar for reinforcment? Other then that, are they identical as far as mounting? I know the front and rear mount differently, but of course the fronts have a key hole.

 

man i hadn't noticed they mount diferently. i really want to use all rears. i hope the door can be modified, but i doubt nissan would make 2 different design if they didn't have to.
