tranny problems :(

hey guys,
i just bought a 97 se maxima with a 3.5 swap from an org member, and everytime i put it in reverse it gets stuck ... and this time i cant get it out,
any clue on how i could fix it or stop it from happening???

it sucks because it in a parking lot right now and i have no way to get it out this isnt cool. i bought it 2 days ago, and now it doesnt work, he said everything worked great, and now it doesnt ... this isnt cool at all.

Wow man that sucks. Sounds like mt. Try going in reverse then push in the clutch and forse it out it should work. Also check your gear oil.

yeah,
its a mt, and i got it out. i had to have my friend push the car forward while i let it roll for about 5 feet, then i pop the clutch and let it engage, then it came out.
i tried it again and it just always get stuck in reverse, so i have to either rebuild the tranny or get a new one.
