Ok... so apx 2 weeks ago my CEL light came on. I pulled a code 0210 it means bank 2 lean or somthing like that. Now the car has an EXTRENELY ruff idle during cold start and still just as ruff on idle. Could this be my injector? Coil Pack? Spark Plug? Piston ring?

oh yeah... car has 174,xxx oil change every 3k.
