yea mounts is a good call but unlikely - the vibration would be at idle as well, if not stronger then.

it sounds like it could be some kind of intake or fuel issue (maybe fuel filter?). if it was axles you would feel it all the time, not just when gassing.

i dont mean to hijack the thread, but when im cruising at a constant 70 or so (highway speeds) there is a constant vibration thats going through the floor and its kind of annoying. the steering wheel is fine, no vibration at all, i just had a rotation and balance. so maybe some kind of bushings are worn? the car is also lowered on tokico blues, so could the stiffer suspension be causeing a slight vibration?

well see it is my steering wheel that vibrates along with alittle vib. of the whole car and at low speeds even if i hit 5000 rpm it doesn't do it, just when i hit the gas around 60 to 90, faster than 100 doesn't vibrate...

Possible wheel bearings. I know under light/heavy acceleration it would make my steering wheel shake.

Wheel beraings are not too bad. Probably about $40 tops..the thing is that it's a pain to press in the bearing when replacing.

your car dying at idle and this issue of 60+mph vibration i bet is the same problem. MAF...fuel systems.

I have a similar problem. The vibration is starting aroud 60 mph and then it goes to peak at 75 mph. The streering wheel isn't vibrated but I feel like the whole car is vibrated like seats and acceleration pedal. I've been on repair shops several times to align the wheels but they counldn't fix the problem. The tires are fine.

if it's only happening at certain speeds, you probably need to get your wheels balanced. also check tire pressure. if it was anything besides this, you would have vibration all of the time.
