im an ebay noob...

so yea ive never bought anything off ebay in my entire life. i figured i would start small with these 30 dollar clear corners. i was looking at the ones they were showing as available and i had some questions. hopefully some of you that have bought these can shed some light on which you think are the best ones for the money.

1) i see three different types that they are offering.

the first is EURO -
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/95-99...spagenameZWDVW

the second is just the regular ones (the most common ones)

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/95-97...spagenameZWDVW

and the third seem the same as the second, but the picture is different. is there any difference?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/95-97...spagenameZWDVW

2) they list ALL the corners as 95-97, 98, 99 clear corners. i got a 97, why would they clump the 95, 96 and 97 together and do the 98 and 99 seperate?

are all those lenses interchangeable from the various years? 96 clear corners would fit my 97?

all years are interchangable.

the first ones are euro (more clear than "diamond cut"), the second ones are dc (oem pattern but crystal clear), the third ones are foggy (plastic is not crystal clear).

i have a set of the dc that are brand new and modified to bolt in to your bumper, rather than pop in, for sale. aftermarket bumper lens like to fall out while you're driving.

how do they bolt? did you just rig an existing pair of the ebay ones or did these actually come with bolt harnesses?

how much shipped to 33445?

you remove a plastic piece from where the lens mounts to the bumper and bolt it on from the back. i did the modification myself, but it looks/functions as if it were made that way. i also have the original parts and it can be reversed. asking for $35 shipped.

as long as they are in "brand new" condition it sounds good. would rather spend $35 and get it from an org member than spend $30 from some random person on ebay.

give me to the second week in december (the week of the 4th will be my next open paycheck, and then 3-5 business days for the money to clear on paypal). so im guessing around the 12th ill be able to have that money on paypal ready to go. if this sounds good lemme know

I got those 2nd ebay ones. They look much better than the amber ones in darker/lighter colored cars. I think there's a nice write-up on vqmaxima.

i actually got a white 97, and i was thinking about darker lenses for the corners to go with the tints i will soon get. but then again i like the idea of clears, they would be less visible from a distance.

Mine is burgundy 97 SE. Should i go dark or light on corners and turn signal tails? let me know your opinion. I am ready to do simple mods and that's where i want to start.
