Battery has been replaced and is brand new, so I replaced the damn thing for no reason. The battery connector has been replaced as well. When the car is started (jump start) and battery connector removed, it continues to run, therefore its likely its not the alternator. So, something else is draining the battery when idle. One of the mechanics removed the fuse for radio, and for a month or two it worked and now during cold weather same issue exist. Battery gets complety drained out when turning key over, it makes clicking noise at first and eventually see everything goes blank (display and no clicking)

So, could it be electrical or anything that needs to be addressed without spending much on it since it has about 125k.
