Anyone ever seen rear window louvres on a Maxima?

I think the rear window spoiler and half-spoiler looks pretty good.. and I think rear window louvres would look pretty badass as well. I know nobody makes them, but they could probably be made custom..

For anyone who doesn't know what rear window louvres are (or if I'm using the incorrect term and there's a better-known phrase they're known by), they look like this:

They were quite popular on older Nissans and Datsuns. Anyone ever seen them on any Maximas or Cefiros? Any thoughts? If my photoshop skills were more adequate, I'd try and draft something up..

I don't think it would go with the flow of the car.

They usually match those vehicles with more of a flat rear surface and two door cars, just like the mustang in that picture. OUr maxima have a rounded rear window so it won't flow right.

Thats the ugliest played out thing I have seen. Next to the headlight and tailight covers that were in style years ago. I had some on my ranger!!! Oh and you can't forget the 14" spoke wheels that people were putting on FULL SIZE pickups. They had the white-wall tires on them. Wow, the good ole days.

Haha, the rear window is too curved and I think that it only looks good on cars with a square rear window. Even then, I am not a fan of them.

No. Just no. They work best on coupe cars (yes, like the Mustangs). Maximas just wouldn't cut the look.
