Hi gang...wanting to explore my engine a bit more and wanted to know what you all thought of this. As I was exploring my engine for issues, I came across a blue colored screw. can anyone explain what that is and why some car books do not?

this is almost as bad as that guy who starts threads titled something like "Anyone Know" "Is it Possible?"

i have narrowed it down to the car

 

oh the blue screw. yeah you dont want to mess with the blue screw, controls how much horsepower your motor puts out. BE CAREFUL!

 

I think we can saftly assume that it is in the engine compartment of the car.
