why are you asking this? It's your damn car. 35% is legal anything under is illegal. So it's your call if you want to trust that you won't be pulled over or can pay the ticket when you get it and swap out windows to have the car inspected each time. I know i have 35% and any time I've ever been pulled over they give me a hard time about them because they can tell with 35%. It's not our call it's yours. People need to make decisions on their own on here.

Move to OK, its nice, no emmision testing or car checkups, can have as dark as tint as you want, you can use radar detectors, cops can't set speed trapts, ahhhh its great, the roads suck tho

It really depends on where you live. In PA you can't have anything darker than 50% and you can't have anything on the front windows. In Texas, it's 35% all around. Nothing on the windshield. Go ask a cop around where you live.

I don't get why you guys need window tints.. If your racing don't you want the other person to see you? What can you have that you need to hide? Waste of money in my opinion, but it's your car I'm not here to tell you what to do.

My guess is go with whatever is legal unless you want to be hassled by cops.

Seems like this will get out of control. Im not going to tell you to do any illegal, it is your car so you can obey the state laws or go darker. The post above this will tell you what your state will allow.
