Wiper Motor

wiper motor started to act up today. On low speed the wipers will stop when they are pointing to 12 o'clock, moving them by hand will not do anything. however they will work on high speed. The intermittent mode will not work.
thanks for any help.

Terminal 2 in connector M101 on the wiper motor should be GND in low speed. Poke it with a needle and check it with a DVM to see if it is at zero volts. If GND is there, the motor is bad. If GND is not there, the wiper switch is bad.

To double check, GND terminal 2 and see if the motor moves.

For reference, terminal 6 on connector M101 is GND for high speed.
