No, it shouldn't affect the way the car drives appreciably. The change in tires (from worn to new, from brand to brand, etc.) will affect things many many more times more. e.g. going from stock Goodyear RS-A's to sticky Bridgestone RE730's is much bigger change than just 10mm in width.
