how much differnt is the 4th gen from a 5.5 gen 6speed?

i might be making a downgrade... because i need some extra cash.... not limited to a maxima.... accords also.

and wanted to know what to expect from a 4th gen 5sp...

i know its not going to be as fast as my 5.5 6sp...

but what else...

what are the problem areas for this gen?.... how is the tranny?.... is it a notchy crunchy one?
