Opening trunk

Other than the trunk release button on the remote for the car, is there any other way to open the trunk? (my ex-95 Altima had a lever inside that also opened the trunk..)

Well, there's the keyfob, there's the button inside the car, and there's the key (pretty much all 3 standard for any car).

I usually use a crowbar that I keep in the back seat to wedge it open, easiest way IMO

That was the key of choice on my ex's '73 Duster. Kinda got pissed when I surprised her by installing an actual lock in that empty hole, because she could no longer just grab a screwdriver out of her box to open it up, she actually had to keep track of keys.

Anyway - It always amuses me to watch people try to find the trunk button inside of the 4th gens...almost as much as watching people try to get out of a 3rd gen.

Sorry if the question sounds really noobish. The reason I asked is because I cannot find the button that's inside the car?....The only lever I can find is to the bottom left hand corner of the driver's seat and when I pull up, it opens the little latch where you pump gas.

killerVQ30DE, where is the trunk release on the driver's door arm rest? Like I said above, the only lever I could find opens the door for gas...
