fog light removal

I have a 97 SE and I removed the entire foglight housing from the car, I pulled the white wire away from the red one that are harnessed together, when buying a replacement, does it come with with the white wire?

A replacement bulb DOE'S come with the white fabrick wire and clip. The replacement fog light DOES NOT, it only has the glass and housing
