It won't be perfect but it will be within tolerance. No kit needed.

you don't need a kit. yank on the top of the wheel when bolting the strut to the knuckle. this will give you the least negative camber possible. I ended up about 1/5 of a degree out of spec. not bad at all.

any sort of suspension work requires an alignment.

kinda wish I'd gone with coilovers. for about 100 bucks more I coulda got some teins... o well, as far as struts/springs go, I think I have a great combo. the eibachs give a moderate drop that looks pretty good. any lower and I don't see how there would be any travel left. I don't have too much travel as it is...

Happy with the drop height but eibachs are stiff as a *****. Along with KYB AGX even on the softest setting is a pretty rough ride. Not great for a daily driver if you want a smooth, cushy ride. But handling was much improved over stock!

stiff? yes. But I have my struts on the hardest setting and I got used to it. It's not really that hard to tolerate, especially if you're willing to compromise for better handling.

Yeah I've had mine for three + years now and I'm used to it. I was just letting him know about the ride eibachs give your car. They're said to be about 50% stiffer then stock springs. But again the improvement in handling is worth it!!

The only way YOU will know if YOUR car will need a camber kit after any drop is by taking it to get it aligned. On average with an Eibach drop you wont need a kit but 2 cars with the same brands of spring/strut combos probably wont have identical camber specs.

^^^thats right, I have the camber kit but after getting an alignment, and seeing the printout, you dont really need it, but then again every cars alignment is defferent.

I got Eibachs with the AGX's and when I went to get an alignment not too long ago, they told me to get the camber bolts to get it adjusted right. I think they charged me $15 more for the bolts if I recall correctly.

Also if u get an alignement DONT get 4 wheel, since our back camber is not adjustable. U only need 2 wheel alignement(front).

I dont know of anyone that gives you the option of a two or four wheel alignment anymore. But it is a good pointer in case anyone runs into a place that still does.

It all depends. I'm one of the first to say that you should change the stock struts out with new springs but I ran on stock struts for about 9 months (and they held up to S-Techs somehow) because I was willing to sacrifice the ride comfort for the look I was going for. If all you have in your budget for now is the springs then just do that for now but beware that the ride may not be as you would like it to be. Also, if you save up and get the struts (and front mounts too!) and have them both done at the same time you won't have to pay labor twice, unless you are a DIYer or got some help, you'll save in the long run.

I went to a shop after putting on S techs, and i was quoted $250 per wheel ($1000 )for installation of a camber kit, on top of alignment.

I did some research, found out the backs shouldnt be out of alignment, and told them. They said "oh".

I purchased camber bolts for $27 off ebay, put em in myself in about 30 min, and got alignment.

Everything is in spec and no problems so far (4 months).
