hey fellow orgers, does anyone have a picture of the theft device/unit in the trunk that i hear of and where it is located.ever since i got my max, it is only now that i am trying to get keyless working.tried doing the key sex programming thing,nothing worked for me...no flashing.so i wanted to make sure that part of it work first before going ahead and getting a keyfob.i had a alarm light to the left of my steering and it blinks when doors are locked.my car is a 99 max SE.Any help appreciated.

but how do i start going about getting it to actually work.?it doesnt flash when i do the key in key out programming procedure.does plugging out the trunk unit and pluggin it in back normally helps this situation in anyway?

 

is that the immobilizer? is it the same thing as the theft box? and is there a way to illiminate it on a '99?

ok,so i found my problem.the unit in the trunk is missing.so im now on the hunt for that unit, then if it works, i buy keyfob.does anyone have this unit that woul work with a 99 max SE.? does anyone know anyone with this item for sale/give away.?shout me.
