Installing a B-pipe on a 99

I was wondering if the install was any different on the 99's then with other years. I was going to buy a Stillen B-pipe and I know it fits onto the rear section/muffler I was wondering about the cat end. I saw some pictures of it installed and It looks like the small section that the downstream O2 sensor fits into is removed from the cat. I looked at my car and this section look permanently attached to the cat, no bolts. Do i need to remove this to install the B-pipe if so how do i get it off?

More than likely those bolts in your car are going to have to be heated to come out. At least on my 99 it did. But the b pipe bolted right on. I have a Cattman tho

Which bolts did you remove the ones before or after the O2 sensor?

Make sure you get the right pipe and it bolts right on.

Most 99's are california spec emission cars. Check your application before you order the pipe.
