O2 Sensor not communicating?

The other day my SES light came on, I ran the code and I got P140 which says no communication with the O2 sensor. I was hoping this doesnt mean it needs to be replaced, but if i have to i was just wondering what the cost would be, and where it is exactly and how tough it is to change. Thanks

P140? All OBD-II codes are 4 digits.

Was it P0140 or P1400?

P0140 is high voltage on the downstream and P1400 is EGR.

Neither have anything to do with 'not communicating'...

Sorry about that, its P0140, which when I looked up it says no activity on bank 1 sensor 2. I tried erasing the code, just to see if it was tripped by something else but it came back reading the same.
