Ya, this will be the 2nd time this code has surfaced, and I reset the ecu yesterday, gonna check it again.
Weird thing is that the last time after I reset it, only the 0512 code came back, and the 1406 was not seen. (the 0512 is always on, I need a new o2 sensor unless the Y pipe is throwing that).

Any word on the ecu 1406 code? I'm getting the same code for my '99 Maxima.

Me, too. 1406 code -- based on counting the slow and fast flashes.

Any ideas?
