00vi Swap?

I just bought a 5th gen and noticed the power difference, almost makes me want to trade cars with the wife. Now if i can ever find the 00vi manifold, what all do i need to complete this setup and what are my gains?

You can't be serious about him being serious when he is clearly not being serious taking his join date, post count, and signature into account.
