Racing seats

I was wonder if I could use the power features of my car, on some racing seats. So, basicly I want to use the mounting bracket of my 98 I30 and put it on the racing seats, is this at all posible? thanks for the input

Well...

I eMailed Cheston about this a while back...

You can get custom brackets made at a machine shop, that will enable you to move the seat forwards and backwards. This shouldn't cost more than $50. However if you want the seatback to be power you would have to rip apart the seat and stick bars through it (not possible or extremely expensive). So I guess you will just have to stick with power back and forwards.
