TCS & Immoblizer System
Hi. I seem to have many questions this week.
I noticed that my car does not have TCS or the immoblizer key thing. I have a 98 SE w/ ABS. Would installing TCS be cost-effective and can it be done? (I'm going back to Jersey where it snows) Also, can I get that immoblizer key?
Thanks

TCS sucks you dont want or need it I live in PA and have no problems in snow actually I turn my TCS off cause its a pain to drive with it on cause it causes cuts the fuel or something to your motor. It makes it hard in heavy traffic to pull out cause just the slightest spin and it kicks in, I think its dangerous when pulling out in traffic. DONT DO IT

I have the TCS, works great, always have traction in wet weather. It throttles down the engine, allows the wheels to grip and then accellerates again. You don't go anywhere spinning your wheels, but when they grab you sure do.
Even in snow, the car pulls nice and straight.
