How to make polyurethane mounts

I was doing some searching. I came across this website on a different forum, still seems useful. I haven't tried this yet, will eventually. Just wanted to share the link in the mean time.

Yeah I know other people have done it before, but I didn't find a sticky on it, so I found a DIY.

Werd I was looking for this type of DIY earlier on here and didn't find jack. I couldn't even really find a pro's and con's list.
