High idle after IACV cleaning?

Hey everyone,
I had the IACV cleaned however the idle seems higher now. Any ideas as to why? What is the fix? Is something messed up? I did a search, but it only states the cleaning process.

Thanks,
Zack

You're right, it is strange. I think I may have done an ECU reset in that time period, but it was so long ago that I don't remember.
