Does anyone here know how to remove the speaker grilles from the front doors if at all possible? Mine got a little dirty this winter and I want to clean them.

2 screws on the bottom and the rest of the doors is on clips. also remove the door handle clip or whatever it is and then pull up, unclip the door light and windows switches and you will be able to see your speaker which is just screwed in with 4 bolts.

what about them. that tweeter grill that you see is just that... a grill the actual tweeter is placed way back behind the door panel. it's mounted to a peice of metal that is bolted to the inner door skeleton.
no need to remove the tweeter grill if you are removing the door panel.

Speaker Grill
I just installed in a new pair of Alpine speakers in my 95. (The stock ones are crap)
Check the Haynes manual.
From memory...
1 Unscrew the two screws on the underside of the door.
2 Pop out the cover and remove the screw from the bottom of the inside door handle.
3 Remove the light cover and two screws from the door light.
4 Pry up and remove the window controls.
5 Pop off and remove the cover from the door latch.
6 From the bottom outside edge of the door, pop out the door panel, working your way around the whole door, disengaging the inside clips.
7 Once the whole panel is loose bring it up to unhook it from the window jam.
The speaker grill has a cloth piece attached to the back, so I wouldn't recommend power washing.
I tried cleaning mine when I removed the panel, and couldn't think of a good way to do it without trashing something.
Good Luck.
