Diode

Where can I buy a good quality diode for headlights? High-voltage preferred.
I'm looking on eBay and was wondering if there were other sites other than eBay to purchase diodes for my headlights. Reason being the diodes that I purchased burned out or failed me because they were super cheap.

edit: here are the ones I'm looking to get since they're in a bundle of 100.
