If your rolling it across your garage floor, don't worry about it.
If your towing it, put the axels in, tie up the other ends and wheel lift the front end.
If you want an easier way to move it around your garage, just put the front end down on two wheel rollers and push it any which way you want.
Use common sense, simple, really.

so you're saying it's not a problem till you start to see lots of bumps, jarring etc? This is good 'cause I'm really only looking for a few feet here.
