First: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=547220

Second:

Third: CEL? Most likely coils.

Fourth: See numbers 1 and 2 again.

Are you getting any code? It sounds like it may be an ignition coil. If you change the spark plugs and one or more of the coils is bad, youre gonna end up with the same situation or in your case worse.

I had this same problem almost a year ago, found out that my gas tank was plagued with water in it and also, the strainer on my fuel pump was completely covered with trash to the extent that I could hardly even get any fuel pressure at all. First, check your fuel filter, that is always a given. Second, check into your gas tank (but for heavens sake be careful of explosive fumes and disconnect the battery first!), the gas tank is very easy to get into in this car, simply remove the bottom part of the back seat (all you gotta do is pull 2 release latches), then there is a cover right in the middle with 3 bolts holding it on, remove that, then you got several screws to remove on a round plate, and presto, the inside of the gas tank! Check the strainer on the fuel pump for clutter and trash, and look for bubbles in the bottom of the tank (water), that could also be a problem!

You want help? Everything in my post is helpful.

Number 1, Thread titles like yours help no one.
Number 2, you can't get help if you can't make coherent sentences.
Number 3, it's most likely your coils.
