Tokico Illumina lost red dial???...

Tokico Illumina lost red dial???... does anyone have a picture of what a 5 setting looks like. If I am right there is a half moon, is the flat/flat a 5 setting. If someone has taken off the red dial and looked in they know what I am talking about. I will take a picture also. Does anyone know where to get just one front passenger rightside tokico illumina strut???

another question I had bought a front strut stripped and I am noticing now that when changing the settings it is not as firm as the non stripped side do you think gas is escaping??? I am looking for another strut.

dude! Im in the same boat! I lost both rear dials AND turning notches...I think I've got them on 4 right now but not sure. I found that skinny-*** needle nose pliars work well for adjustment. I've called Tokico and left a message to some hick lady who pronounces the word "bye" like "bahh", but never got a call back.
ya gas probably escaping, u should take it off the car and adjust it with your ear next to the stripped spot. if you hear a thizzle sound then it's probably escaping.

what I did is put firm I felt on damaged and lowered good one to match so I think I have a 5 damaged and 4 on undamaged. but to people out there try for the summer the 5/5 setting it is not as firm as I thought it is really nice. super quick bounce back from all type of bumps really really recommend. in the winter I will adjust again.

I believe you can contact Tokico. I remember instances of the dials breaking and after contacting Tokico they'll ship you a new set (whether you'll have to pay or how much you'll pay I'm not sure, but give them a call).

I forgot, which is the firm setting? 5? or 1? I keep all of mine on 3. Also if you turn the dial and you dont feel it catch on any setting it means that its no good and you need to have that strut or shock replaced. You should look at it and see if you notice any oil that leaked from it.
