Where can I get facotry pearl white paint!?

Doing some spring rust repair and I am in desperate need of the factory "pearl white" paint on a 1995 Maxima.

Obviously autoparts stores don't carry such a rare color and I don't want to pay a hefty premium on going to a collision center and getting it made there.

I don't have an air sprayer so having it in a can is pretty much a must.

Please forward me a link or location where I can get some!

Thanks!

http://www.courtesyparts.com/paint/maxima.html < oldest is '98.

What's even more difficult is trying to match a 13 year old paint job.

Get the color code from the metal plate on the firewall, and then take it to a body shop where they can blend it to look 13 years old.

The stickies have links to this.

I think paintscratch.com should have it and I think I have seen on-line dealers sell it. It's a 2 or three stage application.

Cool, thanks guys. I've got white primer and clear - just missing the actual color Paintscratch.com has it for $50 which, is pretty nuts but if all else I'll have to do that.

Unfortunately I don't have a nissan dealership around here, so I may just go online.

Thanks again!

Oh, just looked at Courtesy parts and they have pens for $16... I have about 1 sq/ft area tops, probably more like 1/2 sq/ft, do you think that a pen would make it that far?

There is also a 1/2 oz brush applicator for $12... what would the results of a brush on compare to a spray?

Thanks!

Pearl is a 3 step paint process. Base, Pearl, Clear. It's not easy to match.

Nissan doesn't make paint, they build cars

Just like the glass and tires and electronics and light bulbs.......
