Just to get this straight, the ONLY Silver color for 1999 Maxima's available was Sterling mist right? Ive been car shopping on auto trader and stuff and I see a lot of "Pewters" and plain "Gray's" or "Silvers", and even BEIGE that looks silver! Is this the owners/dealerships mistake or are their really other shades besides Sterling Mist?

 

sterling mist(KT3), Platinum Iris(LP0).....thats all i see on his site. he will correct me though

 

Sterling Mist is the only silver for that year (with Platinum Iris being silverish but not in '99). If they are listing anything as "silver" or "gray" or whatever that is just their way of saying what the color is, rather than stating the actual name given by Nissan. It's more universally understood what "silver" is than "Sterling Mist."

Old rims didn't clear the Brembo BBK w/o spacers, and they're only 7" wide. On the bright side, they were only like 14 or 15 lb rims...

New rims clear BBK w/o spacers, and are 8" wide. A little heavier at 16 lbs a piece though. The design also goes all the way out to edge, giving the illusion that they are bigger than they really are. Spokes are also thinner, and allows the BBK to be more visible.
