So I started to shave my trunk, I cant get this glue off .

I've spend over 2 days now, just using the goo-gone. But my fingers are numb, and i cant get it off.

any one have any tips 4 me ?


I debaged my G35 but it wasnt this hard.

 

heat.

 

heat, wd-40, time and patience

 

wurd, use a hairdryer

 

use a heat gun and goo-gone. melt the glue then scrub with GG.

 

I used a heat gun to get the big pieces off. For the remaining residue, I used 3m adhesive/wax remover. I suggest you don't use both at the same time as the 3m stuff is flammable.

i guess i'll just add on and say to use a hair dryer, but make sure not to warm it up to much....i dented mine and scratched it

 

I used Goo Gone for my Nissan emblem.
Then like year later I decided to take off MAXIMA, so I used my moms hair dryer and some goo gone, took maybe 5-10 minutes...

 

or you can use an eraser wheel on a grinder (conpressed) took about 10 minutes and came out spotless. Does any1 know if the max burger is glued or tacked in?

 

Both are stuck on with tape I believe. I know its not tacked on.
