225 even 200 deg will be o.k. for 7 to 10 min no more than that. Others have different methods but this worked for me just fine. Make sure you keep an eye on them don't go eat or do anything during this process cause if you leave them in to long they will melt. Do this at your own risk, Im am not responsible if you damage your lamps. Hope all goes well.

ive only taken apart the tails but about 200 degrees for about 10 to maybe 15 mins (no longer) usually does the trick.

also, i've found that if u have a heat gun and use it while you pull the lens from the assembly it melts the glue (preventing it from stretching far and ending up inside the lights) and make the job much cleaner...

i dunno if that makes sense to you, but yea... haha that's what i do

vqpower.com has the how to. I used that when I Ae'd my headlights/clearance/ and fogs. 200-225 for 10-15 is what I did. Fogs are the hardest to open up but the headlights and clearance lights shouldnt give you a problem. Indeed have a towel ready. Pop off the metal clamps on the headlights before placing them in the oven, that helps.

i wouldnt go much over 200 degrees in the oven for the tails. i havent done the other housings so i dont know.

and about the heat gun, i bought a heatgun for this purpose specifically and had a lot of trouble trying to get it to fully soften the tail edges. i ended up using the oven method and found it much easier (but yea you have to watch out for that black adhesive. it is very stringy and difficult to control)

Lets break it down... To loosen the glue, that was on the headlights, to paint the housings that Nissan built.
