ok kids, i know some of you 4th geners have s/ced an auto max.

what precautions did you take in regards to keep the tranny in one piece.

im not looking for answers like "do a conversion" or anything like that

 

i'm not supercharged, but just tryin to help out knowing most S/C guys don't frequent this forum often..

What MOST S/C autos usually get:
-VB recalibration
or
-trans-go shift kit

and

-Transmission cooler

some also get a Torque Converter

All these things help pro-long the life of the auto tranny and help it withstand the power.

 

Right, but the Tourque converter just helps you launch, if anything it damages the tranny.
