Try jacking the car and spinning the wheels by hand. Bleeding can be the fix as well.

Is it a metallic sort of order? Sounds like your brakes are dragging. When doing the brakes did you kink up one of the hoses? Did you have problems reassembling the caliper and reinstalling it? How do your brake hoses look (swollen at all).

Could be as simple a bleed...possibly could need a flush...possibly a bad brake hose...possible a bad caliper.

Sounds just like you have a frozen caliper (common on Maximas). Maybe it's just coincidence it happened about the same time you did the other brake work.

I had the same problem couple months ago. First off my rear calipers were seized in the back and in the front my driver side wheel was lock and was smoking everywhere. When i gotten it check, it was the sliding pins dat was seized. So check ya sliding pins or caliper. I paid the hard way.

everytime I change may brake pads those pins are cleaned inspected and lubed with Hi-temp wheel bearing grease and I never have any problems...Not even on my old 86.5 hardbody p'up (324,000 miles)! also don't be afraid of using anti-seize on the threads of anything exposed to the elements!

Both my rear calipers had issues recently. The left rear was seized and the right rear rotor was cracked. Deff take your wheel off and check them again.

Rear calipers (those most prone to freezing up) are super easy to change, and only cost about $100 each from almost any auto parts store.
