installed new motor, now problem with trans.....

hi, have done a lot of swaps for people...but stuck with my own car...
i just got done installing a used low mile motor from a 96 5speed in my 98 auto... everything ran great till i fired it up...first it only ran with starter fluid otherwise died...double checked everything found out the fuel lines goin to the fuel rails were hooked up the opposite way fixed that and she started right up then let her idle for a long time then revved her up a lil and sounded perfect....installed new half shafts and stuff then took it for a spin... heres where the problems start... started sputtering and shaking a little bit as soon as i gave it some gas but shifted through every gear and was fine, then came to stop sign...started out sputtering and shaking again but no power this time looked like it was still in 3rd gear drove around for 5-10 mins and B**CH wont go in 4rth gear at all....took her home checked all the codes out here they are:
P0325 ----> 0304 (Knock sensor circuit malfunction)
P1336 ----> 1201 (http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....highlight=0201)
P0755 ----> 1302 (http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....highlight=1302)
P1105 ----> 0905 (http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=78486)

cleared them out and started it again, hard to start then boom started rite up, ran for another 10 mins...CEL back on again checked her again and here they are all four of these ***** back again.... kinda lost here so turned to good ole' org...
Thanksss
and sorry for the Long A$$ post...

Sounds like one of the crank sensors is bad, that rid get rid of the crank code and the ignition code.

aite after 2 hrs of phucking around it came down to two things, the ground wire that goes next to the cooling line for the tranny was nt even hooked up and i saw a thin wire hanging there so figured that would be it.....thats for the ground wire, then decided to look at the crank position sensor (POS) and found out it had a big crack on its housing...so is that sensor junk now since it has a crack on it now or is it still reusable...????
tnx
