actually yes. for the manual climate, there square looking LEDs but MCD output is considerably less. for the window switches, i believe those are like mini SMT leds or something.

Depends on the year. I am probably wrong on this but I believe the 99's were all leds on the window switched and climate control unit.
The 95/6 were bulbs. I'm not sure on the 97-8

97's, yes for power windows, and manual climate(its probably the same with 98, and 99's)

I was thinking from the factory.
I know for a fact that the heated seat switches are bulbs.

The door switches are ALL leds. The rears are flat surface mount leds. Manual climate control are leds with 3 bulbs if I remember correctly, the digital cc has bulbs

^closest to correct. dcc is a combo of bulbs and leds.

answer is yes, they do have leds but not every light is an led in any model.

95 has 3mm leds in all 4 window switches, green

the indicators on the manual climate control that light when a button is pressed are leds, kinda flat almost the size of a 5mm, green and defrost is orange

the hot cold slider has an led behind it, a 3mm fits nicely with no modification but the original is a little different shape

I believe that is the only places leds are used stock in the car. The hazard button rear def. dimmer switch, cruise, heated seats, speedo gages, warning and service lights, turn signals, manual climate control illumination, etc are all bulbs of various shapes and sizes.

Not any longer on mine tho! Leds ftw!
