I think with a some more clearcoat and sanding it would look great...it may be the pics tho?

I had some of those too, there a type of vinyl. Wasnt very happy with them. Fit was so so and they were nowhere near as glossy as my tinted tails.
There on the tails in the back row.

i'm not a fan of tinted tails period but the finish on the ones i posted was nice. over reduced kh3 with a couple wet coats of clear... BLING BLING!
