NEED ADVICE ON INSTALLING HIDS FOGS

hey wassup everyone..

i have a 98 maxima SE 5 spd and I am looking to install hids on my fogs. i need some advice on how to install them... if anyone out there that have done this to their maxima.. please help me out.

my the fogs. theres a cap that holds on everything. i am wondering how to go along that step when im installing my hid kit on it?. and also where do you guys mount the ballast?..

also i want to know the perfect spot on mounting my headlight hid ballast also.. if you guys have pictures... that will be great..

any help on doing this is greatly appreciated...thanks guy

Can't really help with the fog lights...but here's some pics of my ballast/ignitor location. I had to drill a hole on each side and used the supplied mounting bracket that came with the hid kit.

omg.. i was thinking about mounting my headlight hids around the area you did on yours. but the other maxima forums. people is telling me to mount the fog ballast under my headlights or something which im gonna try and see if thats a good idea..

but thank you for your time to reply to my thread.

and to the guy that was telling to search .. for your information im new to installing fogs with hids. and i went through the forums and i found nothing so i decided to post one and maybe get some advice. if there was a thread about installing fogs hids and i missed it then im sorry ... no big deal dude.. this is a forum for maxima owners to post up their questions so other can post their advices..

Yes it sure is but there is already plenty of info about hids, hid fogs, and intakes. If you search you will found tons of threads. Please get familiar with that function and your stay will be a good one.

i mounted my ballast and ignitor behind my bumper. check hidplanet.com for the best info and wiring tips. make sure u get an H3 kit.
