Legal? Technically, no. Since our headlights are designed for halogens it is technically illegal to put HIDs (of any color temp) in them. Also, with a color temp that high you're gonna hardly get any usable light.

 

12k is basically black light, so wear a flourescent shirt.

 

a tye dye would look cool, or dress in all white so you stand out when you step outta the car...

 

Can they actually see the road?...idk, but roads in florida are black.
