Driver windows rubber gear

Alright, i searched and bumped a few threads about this and no answer, so ill give it one more shot.

One day, i was going out on a hot hot day, and i rolled my window down to let out the hot air that rose to the top of the car. When i tried to roll up the window, it wouldnt go up and all i heard was cracking noise. I opened up the door panel and what i saw was this.

how do i fix this, and is it easy? Price? what parts, if i dont get any cheap way, ill prob go to the junkyard for the whole part, but just wanted to know if there was another way and if there isn't... a how-to to fix it would be appreciated.

LETS GO 4th GEN'Rs, lets hear the answers and solutions..

i would say go to the junk yard and get the whole motor mechanism way cheaper and only need to take off about 6 bolts to get it out.

yep! same thing happened to 3 of my motors. I got them for 10 bucks at a local junk yard.
I would suggest when you put them in to go ahead and lube the window tracks with silicon spray.
