Daniel B. Martin... i need help

OK so a few friends and I installed a cold air intakeand short shifter on my 97 max tonight, and my check engine light is now on. Right after we first installed and started my car it was fine but then died... we checked and we forgot to plug in the connectors to the MAF sensor and the intake temp sensor... so we did that, and everything seems to be ok, but the light is still on, i tried to reset it thinkin it was still on from the failure to reconnect the plugs to the sensors, but it still seems to be on, so i went ahead and got the trouble codes and they are as follows:

09-01 Front right htd O2 sensor heater
09-02 Rear heated oxygen sensor
10-01 Front left htd O2 sensor heater
01-02 Mass air flow sensor
04-01 Intake air temp sensor

So with all these wonderful codes, what should i do. Is it something we can fix, should i got to the dealer and get ripped off? Is it fine i just didnt reset it right?? i dunno, any help would be appreciated

did you reset the ECU using this procedure?

RESETTING THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT

To reset the engine light is a simple procedure.

1. Turn the selector screw clockwise to its stop.
2. Wait 2 seconds.
3. Return back by turning the screw counterclockwise to its stop.
4. IMMEDIATELY REPEAT steps 1 to 3.

The next time you start your engine, the check engine light should go away

Thnx from http://vbxmaxima.8m.com/ecu.html

Did the light go off after the reset? If it did then came back you have a problem (Recheck you connections). If it did not you did not reset the ECU correctly (Reset ECU).

alright its all good, before i made the first post i tried resetting it again... but i can inside forgetting to start my car to finish the reset, so when i just went out and checked it the light went out, and stayed out for like the 2-3 miles i test drove it

But know, at a stadstill if i rev my engine real quick, and let off, the rpm's drop way low.. too like 4-500 and i can feel the engine struggle like its gonna stall, but is doesnt, i did it like 4 times in row with the same results, drove a lil bit, tried again.... same thing. Is this normal with a CAI, what could be causing it? Is it fixable? My engine now idles at around 500-550 rpms which is a lil lower than before the CAI install

Is the idle controller reattached? (It's the really small hose that connects to the back of the CAI.)

Are you Daniel B. Martin now?

Please note this is addressed to DBM, so let him answer it. No one else's opinion is relevant.

I would answer it but I'm not DBM.

My bad Bill, won't happen again. I wonder how long he's going to wait for DBM to answer...

You either have a vacume leak or you damaged your MAFS. I supect you messed up your MAFS. The problems will get worse and worse if it's the MAFS. Go to www.car-part.com if you decide to get a MAFS. Also get your self a repair manual and volt meter and check your MAFS, this will tell you if it's broken or not. It's starnge how all those MIL's came up, I would double check any wires you touched.
