Goodbye Maxima...

My transmission broke (final drive gear was chipped). I decided against having the transmission replaced and sold the car instead. It needed a bunch more work (engine drips oil, needs new struts, trouble in the evap system) and I decided it wasn't worth the investment.

So I drive a Toyota 4Runner now, which is more compatible with the family situation. Not nearly as fun to drive though.

I'm very sad to let my Maxima go, it's been a fun ride. Many thanks to the org for helping me mod and repair my Maxima so many times over the past 4 years.

Oh and on a similar note, I'm selling most of my upgrades, as I ripped them painfully from my car before selling it to the shop. So if any of you are in the Seattle area and are interested in any of the following let me know, we'll work something out.

Warpspeed alumized Y-pipe
Progress RSB
BlehmCo Stage 1 LTB
Class 1 trailer hitch
16" SE alloy wheels with Kumho AST's, relatively new
SS clutch lines (1 short, 1 long -- never installed)
Stock intake with OSCAI
Hacked airbox
Haynes manual

If you are willing to ship, I would be interested in the hitch and I'll get in line for the y-pipe

Let me get back to you guys. I just pulled them off my car and haven't taken pics yet. I'll put an ad up in classifieds.
