Strut mount?

This is on a level surface with my wheels straight. The top of the strut appears to be off center here and I have also noticed a fair amount of play and movement in this as well, it also makes it feel kindof loose when backing out of my driveway at an angle or over speed bumps etc.

Is this a bad strut mount or can this be solved simply by tightening something down?

Thanks guys

I hate those 4th gen strut mounts they have to much play around the piston shaft and seem to round off either the piston shaft or the mount! They're no where close/tight to how the 5th gen fit.
