Window regs

I rolled down the passenger side window of my 95 auto and it wouldn't roll back up. I checked the switch on the passenger side itself and it wouldn't roll up still. I went to the jy and copped a regulator and plugged it in and got the same results. The reg went down but wouldn't got back up. I'm wondering if it could be the master switch. Has anyone had this problem?

Do you hear the motor going, or you're not getting power to the motor ??

I'm getting power to the motor in one direction, when I hit the switch on the driver and passenger side. When I hit the up directional it doesn't send any power at all. I hear a switching or clicking noise but no power.
