Nice. I was just going to mention (as the others have) to run away as fast as you can!

Salvage title=FTL (99% of the time)

When I clicked on the free Carfax record check it indicated that the car has 25 records found on the database. To me that's a lot. Multiple owners, accidents....who knows?? I suggest that you invest on that $25 car report. Just think of it as an investment for your piece of mind. It will save you a lot of heartache in the future.

It's already been established that the car is most likely a piece of crap due to it's "reconstructed title"...... no need to waste carfax $$ on this car.

Keep lookin' OP, a good one will turn up!!

The car probably went thru Hurricane Katrina.

It's all good, this is why you asked, aren't you glad you have so many people looking out for ya?

Yup I just purchased unlimited carfax for one year so I can really track down a nice car. Everyone keep a lookout for me. I would appreciate it. Has to be a 5 speed and on the east coast. Preferrable black or white with black leather int.

Unfortunately, it's not unlimited for a year. (I wish) It's for 30 days.

Out of curiousity, what does the carfax say/indicate on this car you originally posted about? mileage legit?

Mileage is legit. The car sat from My 2001 until October 2006. I dont know why it just says the miles reported in May were the same as the ones in October 2006 and when it was reported in October it had a reconstructed title.

10/02/2006 the mileage was reported as 139,900 in OHIO
12/08/2006 the it was a TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE in OHIO
10/11/2007 the mileage was reported as 63,208 in MI

and severe damage was reported.

this car has nothing but red flags. id stay away.

Um, is it a 1998? Check the interior pictures, I thought only 99's came with the airbags in the leather seats...

Haha, stay away from it. You'll come across one, and don't settle on anything that isn't what you want, or seems fishy. Move on!
